Northridge at
Cross Hollow Hills Owners Association

Cedar City, Utah

About the Neighborhood

Our community lies in unincorporated Iron County and not within the Cedar City limits. Homeowners range from families with small children to retired couples. It is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. On any given morning you might see folks taking brisk walk or walking their dogs. Some residents leave out a water dish for passing dogs on a walk with their owners. We wave to each other when driving or walking. We have no sidewalks or street lights and it should be noted that the speed limit within the community is 25 mph.

The five-member volunteer Board of Directors is charged with adhering to the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) and the Bylaws. There is an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) which works with the homeowners to review plans for construction of any structure or fences to ensure compliance with the CC&R’s.
